locvy.com ("we," "us," or "the Site") respects your privacy. This policy applies to information we collect when you visit the Site. It does not apply to the gambling operators we link to — each of those has its own privacy policy that governs any account you open with them, and you should read it separately.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, the GDPR (and UK GDPR) gives you rights over your personal data, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (such as non-essential cookies). Our legal bases for processing are your consent (for analytics and marketing cookies), our legitimate interests (running and securing the Site), and, for correspondence, taking steps at your request. The Site is intended only for adults (18+, or 21+ where required) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
